1. the lake is not the sea, but that's easy to forget.
2. bunnies run wild. and so do a few coyotes.
3. its unfathomably flat. and also windy. so riding a bike has its pros and cons.
4. sometimes it smells like chocolate, except for one block that smells like burnt toast.
